GYM TRAINING PROGRAMS

Training Programs is service that is designed for people who:

- have access to gym (compound gym, regular gym, home gym)

- want to get better results from workouts

- need some level of motivation and support

- are comfortable with doing workouts on their own

- have limited budget

It includes:

1) 1:1 first appointment (to discuss your goals, take body measurements and asses basic movements)

2) Monthly workout plan to achieve the goals

3) Nutritional coaching (assessment of current eating habits, advise what to eat and what to avoid, how to eat, what to do with cravings, how to be safe in social situations)

4) Help with developing healthy and stable habits for life

5) Support through WhatsApp

6) Additional: monthly 1:1 check sessions, 1:1 workout sessions
