On a daily basis I coach many clients, having various fitness goals. I get request from many people to help them with their fitness journey however my time in a  day is limited , that is why I decided to offer service of Online Training Programs. I am coaching you, but remotely, offering my knowledge, guidance and support as if I was coaching you in person.

 

Online Training Programs are designed by me to fulfill your goals, taking into consideration your lifestyle, your time availability, your current fitness level. 

Training Programs is service that is designed for both women and men who:

- have access to gym (compound gym, commercial gym, home gym)

- want to get better results from workouts

- need some level of motivation and support

- are comfortable with doing workouts on their own

- have limited budget

How it works:

1. We discuss your fitness goals, your current fitness level and activity

2. I set you up on a fitness app 

3. You download the fitness app on your phone and complete set up

4. I prepare workouts for you which you can view (description and videos) on the app on your phone

5. You start working out and provide me with feedback and comments on the app

6. We work together to get you to your goals!
