When it comes to achieving any body goal (weight loss, weight gain), major role plays correct nutrition, which means eating right food at right quantities for your goal. Many women struggle these days with making correct food choices which unfortunately stops or slows them down from achieving their goals.

I completed 2  certifications in nutrition science (Precision Nutrition Level 1 and Specialist in Fitness Nutrition) and I have experience with helping many women reach their goals (read more in "inspiration" part).
